Nutritious Food Is
Good Medicine

Why It Matters

Nutrition is the most powerful
daily lever for longevity.

What you eat, and when, shapes how you age. GREYSTONE's program is whole-food, plant-forward, and anti-inflammatory — with structured fasting and time-restricted eating that support metabolic health. Every plate joins nutritional science and culinary craft.

Steadier energy · Sharper focus · Deeper sleep

Lower inflammation · Steadier blood sugar · Healthier lipids

Grown Here

From greenhouse to table.

A working greenhouse and conservatory sit beside the kitchen, where a dedicated grower cultivates greens, herbs, and seasonal produce alongside the Executive Chef. What's picked in the morning is on the table by evening — and guests are welcomed into every step.

The Science

Food as the first intervention.

Diet is the most-studied lever in longevity — and the one you practice three times a day.

~30%
A Mediterranean diet with extra-virgin olive oil or nuts was associated with about 30% fewer major cardiovascular events in a high-risk trial.
Estruch et al., NEJM, 2018 (PREDIMED, republished). High-risk population.
Plant-forward
The world's longest-lived communities eat predominantly plant-based diets rich in legumes, vegetables, and whole grains.
Blue Zones research; Adventist Health Studies, Loma Linda. Observational.
2016 Nobel
Autophagy — the cellular clean-up process that fasting is studied to stimulate — earned the 2016 Nobel Prize in Medicine.
Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine, 2016 (Ohsumi). Human longevity effects still being researched.
In Plain Terms

Fasting, explained.

A 14:10 window gives the digestive system fourteen hours of rest and a ten-hour window for eating.
Nothing is imposed — every window is set with your clinician.

Taking It Home

A way of eating that follows you.

The table is a teaching tool — you leave able to reproduce it.

  1. Your Eating Window

A window and a food plan matched to your labs and your goals.

  2. Recipes & Sourcing

The kitchen's approach to take home — plant-forward, seed-oil-free, seasonal.

  3. Retest on Return

Re-check glucose, lipids, and inflammation to see what changed.

Your protocol, your plate.

Tell us how you eat and what you avoid. Choose your dates and our culinary and clinical teams will do the rest.
